Our Experience
We had a fantastic time playing The Final Stop V2 at Escaparium and confidently recommend it with a Fun Factor of 9. This score reflects an outstanding combination of immersive set design, a cohesive story that unfolds naturally as you move through the space, and a truly excellent use of live interaction.
We’ve played many escape rooms set in subway environments, and the best ones succeed because they feel real. This one absolutely does. The subway train itself is a standout — convincing, detailed, and immersive from the moment walk on to the train. The experience begins exactly as described on Escaparium’s website: you board the train… and soon realize that not everything is going according to plan.
Game Flow and difficulty
As you progress, you move through multiple environments, including a beautifully realized subway platform that shows believable wear and history. Nothing feels decorative or artificial — it all feels used, functional, and lived in. Even without spoilers, it’s safe to say the environment plays an essential role in both story and puzzle flow.
The overall difficulty leans intermediate, not because of complex logic puzzles, but due to the volume of exploration, observation, and detail-oriented tasks. This is a room that rewards curiosity. The puzzles are well integrated into the environment and feel purposeful rather than abstract.
Engaging Actor-driven content
One of the biggest strengths of Final Stop V2 is the use of a live actor. As with our other experiences at Escaparium, the character feels fully grounded in the world — never performative, never forced. Think of them less as a “helper” and more an organic part of the environment. Interaction feels natural, responsive, and meaningful. Guidance is delivered organically through conversation rather than immersion-breaking hints or walkie-talkies, which we really appreciate.
We also loved how the story evolves as you move from space to space. While there are plenty of puzzles, what really stands out is how the narrative drives the experience. The puzzles support the story — not the other way around — and that’s what makes this room so memorable. It’s not about a single highlight puzzle; it’s about how everything works together to develop an integrated journey.
This is not a horror room, but there are moments of heightened tension that naturally arise from the story. Nothing scary — just enough intensity to keep you engaged and invested.

If you’ve played other Escaparium rooms with live actors, you’ll recognize the same level of preparation and confidence here. The performers clearly understand the backstory, the environment, and how to adapt to different player styles. Just like examining objects on a shelf for meaning, interacting with the character is part of the puzzle-solving process. You’re meant to engage, ask questions, and respond — and that interaction brings real substance to the experience.
Group size and final thoughts
This room can be booked for 3–8 players. While three experienced players could absolutely succeed, we recommend four to six players for the best balance of exploration, interaction, and flow.
If you visit The Final Stop V2, let them know you found it through Fun Factor Escape Room Reviews. And while you’re there, be sure to check out Escaparium’s other rooms — you can easily make a full day (or two) of incredible experiences.
As always, we’d love to hear what you think after playing.
Keep escaping… and have fun!
